Relaxation and Wellbeing:
This has never been more important with our lives being lived so differently at the moment. Keeping ourselves healthy both physically and mentally will improve the quality of our lives.
Take time out for yourselves for this 1 hour a week course which will run over 5 weeks.
Learn new techniques that will help you cope with stress, tension and anxiety in a supportive and relaxed way.
